I paid my RPRF in late August and sent the receipt to the appropriate email. Yesterday I received an email with "Documents Required" in the subject. It said:

Dear applicant,

Your application is now only pending confirmation from Case Processing Centre Mississauga (CPC-M) that their office received the RPRF payment.

In order to facilitate processing we would encourage sponsor to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) in Canada as soon as possible, if not already paid.

I'm confused. Does this mean that they never received the RPRF, or the notification is still in transit? Or is it just a standard email they send to anyone, thus the "if not already paid" part? I emailed them back telling them I've already paid and informed CPC-M, but of course their response is not that fast. ;)

Has anyone else encountered this situation? Thanks in advance.

Also I should mention this is the Beijing office.

hello, look at the last words.. they said: ''if not already paid'' so they must mean IF u didn't pay it then pay it.. but since u payed it then no worries.. cos i think that may be an email that they do send to everyone without modifying it.

I suggest you to send them an email with the receipt.

It doesn't hurt anyone and it's better.
