I have received an email to pay $490. I had already paid $550 when I submitted my eAPR (EE outland).
Does this mean I passed background checks?
Because, the status is still showing "Not applicable" and no changes to "In-progress" since AoR.

Congratulations! Yes you have passed your background checks. You will now have to pay the $490 to cover the fee and finalize your application.

I'm sorry boss of bees I jumped the gun there! The RPRF fee request comes after they have checked your appliaction to ensure that you are eligible for PR. The checks such as background will now commence. Out of curiosity what message appears in the background check section for the application status?

Ok, no problem. Does it mean I have at least passed the R10 stage where they check whether or not I have provided complete documentation?
The status is still showing "Not applicable" and no changes to "In-progress" since AoR. Maybe it will change after I pay RPRF soon.

It's weird, usually the letter mentions specifically what's passed and what is on going... That was my case and dozens like me. So your letter does not mention anything of this sort in the first lines?

For me it was that the completeness check was done but the eligibility and security were ongoing... That was the 28th july, 8 august i turned ip2

The letter mentions the following
"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa. The eligibility and admissibility
review (security, criminality and/or medical) is currently in process; you will be contacted if additional
information is required for that purpose."

It is weird since I already passed the medical.
I just paid the RPRF $490, and uploaded the receipt in my application. I hope the BG status changes soon.

After I paid my RPRF, I can see this in the summary.

Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents.

Does this mean I passed the document checking stage, and they do not require any explanation or any other docs?
