Request for passport photos.

I got an email requesting my wife's passport photos and when I checked ECAS it says decision made for both sections. I haven't gotten an email or a letter saying whether or not the application was accepted or rejected but if they're requesting passport photos for the VISA can I take that as good news? If there is a possibility of an interview would that be after this or before this? Thanks.

while there is always the chance of an interview, status would not have been changed to DM if an interview was required. Generally, DM means they are ready to approve the file, so send the Passport pictures as soon as possible so the application can be finalized.
