Hi fellow altruists. I am applying for Study Permit through "Online Application". I have uploaded all the documents necessary except for "Request for Medical Exam (required)" When I click the question mark (?) it redirects to a form which is downloadable. There is an option if I want to request for medical exam (Yes/No) but the file can not be saved. My question is what am I supposed to upload in this section (Request for Medical Exam) as I can not proceed to submit the application without uploading ALL documents. Please help. TIA
