Request for additional documents from VO

Just received this request for additional documents:
- are they asking me just for the CSQ or for both CSQ and current address?
- My sponsor received AOR via CPS Sidney, but the latest letter is from Missisagua, does it mean our VO has changed? Is Missisagua faster than Sidney?

Seems pretty clear, provide both.

Sidney NS does preliminary check of file at first stage, then typcially gets sent to other offices. So 'faster than Sidney' doesn't really make sense.

They seem to advise of which office handling much less now.

The thing is that I have already informed IRCC of my current/updated address via webform. Is there a different way I can communicate to my VO? Can I update a document on GCKey informing them of my new address?

I'd just respond with the address re-confirmed, i.e. provide the address here as well, there are often delays in things like the system updating.
