Request for a template for "other documentation showing that you can support your spouse"

Hello,

I'm a Canadian citizen, born and living in Israel (citizen by decent).
I want to sponsor my common law partner and move to Canada.

I'm working for an American company based in NYC and I'm working from home.
When we move to Canada, I will still be an employee of that said company.

Can anyone provide a template of some sort so that I can send my work place?
What is needed to be writing there? That they will continue to employ me while I'm in Canada and how much is my salary?

I just had my employer write a letter on their letterhead paper stating that I was employed full time since xxxx date, my salary, etc.
