Request extension for document submission due to Police Certificate delays

Hi,

I received an ITA on September 18th 2015. It says that I have 60 days to provide all documents including Police certificated. In the US, it takes 12-14 weeks to get a Police Certificate from FBI. As a result, I want to know what is the process of requesting an extension to submit all the documents.

You can either submit all the document except PCC and instead of that you can submit the proof of your FBI pcc application and tell them that i am awaiting certificate and will submit as soon as i get it .... but that would be risky..
or if you have good CRS score (>450) then you can decline this ITA and wait for another ITA but you have to apply for FBI PCC as soon as possible so that for next ITA's 60 days period you will get it ...
