Representative limitations and actions?? Important!

Hi all. Just registered to CanadaVisa. Hope I can get my answers here with your help !

I had some issues with my representative in the past who had created my account and eventually I was invited to apply for residency. In order to check my status he told me create MyCIC account and Link account to representative, so I can have control of my documents and my own account.
Now the question!

If I link my CIC account to him what are his limitations? Can he change my password? Log in any time? Change my security questions??
Can he delete my application completely or provide incorrect information and submit my application, leading to application getting rejected?
Will I be able to remove him right away if I make MyCIC account and get all my information from him?

If you do not trust your representative, do not link your account to his, yes he can change any information. Rather secure your account completely first, and then cancel his representation. Check this link- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/representative/rep-add.asp
