Representative Family Application

I'm planning to submit TRV application for myself and my family - (wife, 2 minor daughters and mom). I have added all the family members in the application. Will I be representative for my family members? Should they all fill out representative form making me their representative?

Your mom is not part of your application as she is not your dependant and vice versa. She files separately with her own account showing her own funds, travel history, ties to home country and reasons to travel. You can file on behalf of your other family members. For you mother, she can sign off with you as the representative.
