HI ALL,
OKAY so i have applied for my daughter's sponsorship, i am myself canadian national by descent. so now sponsoring my dependent child who is now 3 years old.
i got the reply from CP-O that they need the forms IMM 5669 and IMM 5406.
Which i did not send on purpose but it doesnt implies on her she is under age.
Schedule A and additional family information. They have accepted all the other documents and now they want these as soon as i can. So please help me what shud i do. Plus in the form IMM 5669 its written on the top that whether it should be filled by the principal applicant or the spouse and she cant sign nor she has a spouse and in the mail its also written that it should be signed by the principal applicant too! how can she sign????????? ??? ??? ??? makes me crazyyyy...please guys helppp me :-\

1. Why wouldn't you send the 5406 it lists her parents and siblings if any.
2. You sign the 5669, it is needed as she is the principal applicant.

she doesnt have any siblings. and i am a single mother. so shud i sign it on her behalf? and what abt the form 5669?
