Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your message. I can confirm that we have received your medical report. We appreciate that you wish to arrive in Canada as soon as possible, however at this moment we do not anticipate requesting your passports for visa issuance before December 2010/January 2011.
Sincerely,

Web site: www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca

Folks, I need your valuable insights on this EMail which I have recvd today..?

Hi, You should wait for PPR and my advice is not to involve into correspondence with them until and unless the processing is delayed in real terms. They do dislike that in the real sense.

Money

Hi Money,

On the other forum one user gave this idea to get some information from CHC London is to ask them if they recvd the medicals, and could there be an update on their case.
I sent CHC London an email on 12th Evening and got the reply this morning. Make sure that you recv the automated reply first. If you don't that means London CHC hasn't recvd your mail. Here is the Link

Hi Capriraj
I remember an other guy on this forum had a same reply from London chc,he was told that he ll get PPR by jan 2011. he did his medicals in may 2010. i dont knw what the reason behind this but this a new trend from London chc.Normally they tell that they cant give a time frame for PPR but here in 2 cases they have given a specific time frame. its only few months from now anyways for you,but over all it ll be around 9 months from your medicals. It is long time.
Best wishes my dear

Well I know you must be wondering why they not following the regular process of requesting the passport if the medical result is received by them

Two Situations
1. They have sent you this email by mistake. I HIGHLY DOUBT IT, looking at the response.
2. The Quota has be filled and that is why they have told you the timeline. Well infact it is good and you should not be worried.

I agree with Rocky..This seems more of a quota filled especially when they already have restricted new applications from June 26 onwards; now in the next step they might be restricting no of PPR and Visa stamping for in progress applicants....

Hi capriraj,
I also received the same response from chc london.Don't worry.

Hi capriraj

I used the same link before and i send case specific enquirey but i didnt got any automated reply... wht does it mean please tell me ...

Money

As per their site instructions you must recv an automated reply to the email sent by you that the specific enquiry has been sent to so and so office and you will recv a reply in so many days. If you don't recv a reply in 24 hours in your email box, before sending it again check your junk forlder whether it is their.

Hi Raj,
Nothing to worry. You wait till Oct end and send a case specific enquiry like telephone no changed and give a new number and inbetween ask abt ur file status.
I am sure that time the answer will be background / security checks going on and our office will contact you later and keep correspondence to the minimum.

Regards,
Shibuya

At this stage your file in under security check. Usually it takes 3-4 months from receipt of medicals to received PPR. But why did they say they will not do the PPR before December 2010? I think the 2010 quota is reached. They will issue your visa early of 2011. I just hope we will get more of the same kind of info to make some good trends. Anyone else with similar letter from CHC London?

While there are limits as to the number of applicants per NOC(29 list) to be processed under the June 26, 2010 rules, CIC will still issue the same number of visas per year (265,000 approx), as usual. The latest rule is meant not to limit the number of visas to be issued per year but to expedite pending applications which are buried under the grave. They have tons of pending applications whose NOC's are eligible under the June 26 rules. They want to fill the 265,000 visas to be issued from the pending applications and not from the new applicants, which in my opinion is just but fair.
