Replacement Needed - Travel History Info Form (required)

I am getting a request from CIC (post AOR) to upload travel history forms.

I am getting two identical upload slots for that, under main applicant section. Can someone provide an explanation? Also it says "replacement needed"? What is exactly meant by that ?
