Hi
My Citizenship Certificate was approved but wasn't mailed to me instead it was sent to
the Surrey BC office for further review. I contacted Citizenship and Immigration they
told me I have to wait for a letter then I will have to go their to pick it up.
This is just a standard replacement certificate, the call centre people couldn't give me any explanation
why it was sent their. Has this happened to anyone else.
