repeat medical test

why i have been told by the embassy for another medical check up as i have done it 4 months before from Mumbai?
also the medical report has an validity for an year so whats the problem? has embassy found another method to earn money by joining hands with doctors now..
waste of time and waste of money..and end result always remains same

If medical report is ok then no need for remedical what are the reasons for rejection
