I faced a problem in the process of my temporary visa application. I have applied for temporary visa (student permit) 3 months ago. But last week I received an email with the subject ( Renunciation or PRTD application) and starting with that I hold or once held Canadian permanent residency. But I have never requested for PR card and I dont have PR and also I never have been in Canada. Just 3 months ago for the first time, I have applied for study permit temporary Visa. now I don't know what should I do?
In that email they said that I have two ways: continue my permanent residency or renounce it. But actually I have not requested any permanent residency so renouncing PR will be meaningless. I replied to that email and described about it but I think the officers do not read the emails because the volume of emails are really high. I also sent a web form and described the all, last week. Now after 1 week I did not get any response and I am really worried.
Please help me in this regard what should I do now? I am really in stress and I am worried because I have time limitation to be in Canada and these kind of happenings cause my application process to be longer.
I will be appreciated if any one helps me in this regard.
