Hello, I'm currently in the US and planning to move to Canada. I'm looking to apply and get approved for a purpose built rental apartment (PBR) in GTA.
I prefer rent controlled units. I would like to know what documents are generally needed to apply and get approved for a PBR?
I have a US credit history and a US employer. Will that work? I don't have Canadian credit history.
Do they ask for PR card and or SIN number? I'm hesitant to give out this personal information.
