I applied for my wife study permit extension and my SOWP extension on January 20th and its still in progress with no update so far. My current SOWP is going to expire in July.
But My passport is getting expired in August month, so I need to renew my passport as soon as possible. So I applied for renewal and sent my passport. Now I dont have my passport.
I know I need to update them via webform if I get the new passport when application is in progress
My question is, Do I need to inform the IRCC regarding the renewing process? What if I get passport request before I get my new passport ?
Am I at risk without passport when my SWOP is in progress ?
