Renewed IDs (due to expiring soon) after applying for Citizenship

What if someone applies with a DL and Health Card and then after applying, closer to the expiry dates of these cards, get both (DL and Health Card) renewed with the same address.. would presenting the renewed card (with the same address) at the interview create any issues???

Sometimes we just need to use common sense. So, because I recently applied for citizenship I will not be allowed to renew my health card and if I need to see a doctor I just wait till my citizenship is granted right?
I changed may address on both after I applied and everything was fine.
