If the father is on work permit in Canada and his wife received an open work permit and his child received a student permit.
Father reached Canada but wife and child are yet to accompany. The child's old passport is expiring in a few months and so is his student visa hence before they leave for Canada they want to renew the child's student visa.
I had a talk with the call center for Immigration Canada, they said to apply on paper as online will not accept my son case due to he being a minor/dependent. When applying on paper ,Applying for a new visa as it is a new passport and also explain the case in a letter.
How can this be applied on paper? What are the steps?
