Renewal of passport after applying for the express entry

Hello,
Currently I am in Canada and I have applied for the express entry in the Canadian experience class category. My passport was renewed (because the expiry date was nearby) after I have submitted my application. Can anyone please tell me if I need to take any action for that, e.g., need to let the IRCC know about my new passport?
I will very much appreciate any information regarding my inquiry.

I was checking with IRCC on Twitter about this. Should not be a problem. Send them a copy of your new passport via web form when you can. Your passport should be valid for at least one year since the moment they make a decision and grant you a visa if needed. So this is normal to receive a new passport while they process your application.

Thank you so much for the helpful information. Can you please tell me which web form you referred to in order to send a copy of my new passport?
Also, my old passport (whose copy I have submitted during my application) will be expired very soon, probably before they make any decision.
