In the year 2004, I got my Canada PR when I was 6 years old through my father who applied for Canadian PR for himself, my mother and me as his dependent. We visited Canada in 2004 immediately after the issuance of PR. Thereafter , after spending 1 month we came back as my father could not get any job over there and so he came back and joined his job in India. Thereafter to get a visitor visa for an official trip he renounced his PR card in 2012. But my PR is still valid. At present, I am doing BS in Computer Engineering from USA under F1 visa and in my 3rd year. Can I renew my Canada PR card from US itself now or in next 2 years. I can not prove my residency condition as I could not stay alone in Canada as I had no financial support being minor. Now I am an adult and can take my decisions and after my BS from US Universit, I can find job in Canada. Pls. advice how can I proceed ?

I would contact an immigration lawyer before you do anything. I am not sure, but your PR may have been dependent on your fathers (if he was the primary applicant) and once he renounced his PR, you may have lost yours as well as his dependant. I'm definitely not sure, but I would check with someone familiar with similar cases or one of the more astute forum members.

No my PR is not cancelled, Recently I applied for ETA transit visa to just catch the connecting flight in Toronto Airport Terminal 1 and they replied that unless I renounce my PR , eTA csn not be issued

Thanks, but given tge circumstances , being a minor the situation was not in control so, will the Authorities not consider it as special case ?
Any suggestion for the way forward is welcome pls.

You could enter Canada and stay for 2 years and then apply to renew. Given that you are no longer a minor and went to study in the US looks like you are trying to bypass the economic migrant stream. Had you tried to reinstate as soon as you hit 18 would have been a bit different. You need to check with a lawyer and find out what your options are and also how long the process will take. Could take a few years to reinstate. Probably faster to renounce and apply again if you know you have the points although you have no work experience yet.

Apply for a PRTD under H&C, based on your parents removing you as a child. That should allow you a PR renewal with no waiting. No need for you to meet RO. Given your age (17 if my math is correct) you stand a very good chance of them allowing your request. Exhaust all those possibilities before you even consider renouncing.

Thanks for your kind views and suggestion on forward path. As on today I am 19 years old and in between my BS course . If I apply for PR renewal now then I am not in a position to travel to Canada. I am planning to apply for PR renewal after 2 years from now after finishing my BS degree in US. When I came to US for studies, I was 17 years old so when I will apply for my PR renewal,I will be 20 years old, will that work ?

I would advise to move from the USA university to Canadian one. Apply for a study permit in Canada (answer honestly that you had PR in Canada in the forms!). After you have been attending university in Canada for 2 years- apply for PR card renewal.

(I am advising you based on resent case of my relative. )
