Not sure what you mean by your password is expiring so assume that is a typo. An easy search will give you following link to extend your stay in Canada

If not in Canada you will need to apply for a new visa from scratch if your visa expires. Above link only extends your authorisation to stay it does not renew a visa to allow travel back to Canada should you leave.

Also note simply applying for a new visa if already in Canada does not authorise you to stay you either need to follow the extend stay process or leave and renter to reset your authorisation to stay as a visitor.

Maybe OP meant passport instead of password.

If you have a previous TRV, you may qualify for CAN+ processing to apply for a new visa.
