Renew TRV - Temporary Resident Visa

Hi,

I want to renew my TRV as I already have work permit issued till Oct 2014, I am trying to follow wizard http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp unfortunately its not creating application for my spouse, although its able to create correct application for primary applicant. Anybody aware of this issue or bug ? Me and my spouse want to apply online for TRV.

Any help is really appreciated.
