Renew Study Permit, Online Application PLEASE HELP ME! I ONLY HAVE ONE DAY LEFT

Hi folks,
When I finished my online application and I received an Eligibility Verification.

Request an Eligibility Verification Number

An electronic verification number is required to apply for an Off-Campus Work Permit (OCWP). Complete this request if:

you are inside Canada; and
you need to obtain verification of your academic eligibility for the OCWP Program.

This is confusing because I did not apply for an Off-Campus Work Permit.
Secondly, as it is confusing; I accidentally chose University of Alberta as my current educational institution, which is not true because I'm still in high school.
Because I can't change the answer, should I delete it? Or just leave it like it? Because the HELP assistance said that /i can change my answer when I receive the result.

Try to redo it but note a lot of us are having issue as of today with their website and are considering a paper submission if things don't get better.

I tried everything. I clicked Start again and nothing worked. Then, I started to think that I should delete it. But then I changed my mind because the HELP section said that I can change my answer after I receive my result
