Visitor visa of my parents expired this year and I want to apply for it again. I have following questions:
1. Biometrics were not required earlier therefore, they haven't provided biometrics in the past. Only my mother has traveled to Canada but not my father. Do they have to provide biometrics based on new rules for India? Currently, offices are closed and even if they open, it's very risky to travel to those office locations during covid pandemic.
2. Do they need medical for visitor visa? I remember it was not required in 2017-2018 for visitor visas. What about Super Visa? Do they need medical for super visa?
3. Which one out of Super Visa and Visitor Visa, processing time will be faster at this time?
