First of all, I'm sorry if this question has been asked before. I did try to search as well as asking the VFS Global, but receive no information.
I applied for the visitor visa since March 2020 and have submitted my biometric in March as well. However, my next step is stuck due to Covid-19, our visa office in Indonesia remains close till further notice. However, I just realized that my passport is about to expire soon (around 6 months to go).
Is it okay to renew my passport while I'm still in the middle of the visa application process? Considering I have submitted my current passport (scanned) when I applied for the visa in March.
Please help for the information. Thanks!
