Renew child's Canada Visitor Visa

I am trying to renew my daughters Canada visitor visa. However, I am not able to proceed with the online application as its throwing below error. I am trying this for the last month and not able to proceed further.

One of the issues is that your daughter’s status has expired so she no longer qualifies for renewal. She would have to leave Canada and return to get back into status. Not sure if that is why you are getting the error. Have you tried other browsers? At this point you can’t renew anything.

Since its already expired, I am trying to create a new application from the USA. Also, I tried multiple browsers, but no luck
