I read the notice below on CIC's website and was wondering how this change works... i.e. even if I meet the conditions within the first or second year I will still have to wait for three years to pass and then apply for citizenship at which point they may then request proof of meeting the conditions??
Important Notice:
As of December 1, 2011, permanent residents in the entrepreneur class are no longer required to submit to CIC the Mail-In Card for Entrepreneurs (IMM 5548), Entrepreneur Monitoring Report, Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IMM 5486) and the Application to Remove Entrepreneur Conditions (IMM 5547), unless specifically requested by a CIC official.
