Posting on behalf of a friend. My friend has applied for EE through an agent. His agent is however not being very transparent regarding the details of his profile. My friend would like to take it back from the agent and proceed on his own. However, the agent is also not sharing the login credentials and other details. What can he do in this situation? Is there any way you remove an agent and retain the same profile?
