Removal orders for refugee

hi i am a refugee claimants recently i got my removal orders while my appeal is still in the process can these orders cancel? I have my appeal related all documents and i call to refugee board to know my status they told me your appeal is in process your case is still going on
Please suggest me

Removal orders are automatically put on hold if an appeal has already been submitted. You can continue your life in Canada normally until a decision is made.
