Reminder email for MR

Hello all,

My PR application ECAS status shows "In Process". I did my medicals upfront on April 17 and the doctor's office say they uploaded the result on April 22. I sent CPC-O the emed info sheet. I got a MR from CIC on May 7. I resent the emed sheet. 10 days back I sent CPC-O another email asking them to confirm if they received my medical results. No response.

Question: The MR email says that I should complete the medical within 60 days - which means deadline is roughly 5 July. If for some reason they have not got the medical results or something got mixed up because I did them upfront with a UMI number instead of the IME number in the MR, would CIC send a reminder email 15 days or so before deadline asking you to undergo medicals? Is there any way to know they didn't get the medical results?

I ordered GCMS notes but they might also be coming around July 2. So not sure what to do. CIC does not respond to emails. I know there are some people in the same boat who have not had their ECAS status updated even after a month since medicals.

It takes more than one month for ECAS update. When did you sent the mail to CIC. Within 1 month(20-25 working days ) you will get a reply if they are able to find the UMI details online.

Thanks for the response. I sent the email on May 25th. So that's about a month back.

today is the 20th working day for CIC as per the timeline. Wait until next week Friday if you didn't receive any response call CIC helpline.
