Hi, need advice : for example; I divorced my husband the time I am processing my PR then I remarry him after my citizenship or while i am on PR. So question is he will be sponsor for pr/citizenship if I remarry him or not? If not then why? And how long should i marry him again to be part of sponsorship? I need genuine answers thanks.

It might conceivably go ahead with no issue. Or they might ban the spouse (from being sponsored by you) for life as an undeclared family member, if they determined that (they believe) the divorce was a fiction undertaken to avoid examination during your PR application. If they really thought it was a type of immigration fraud, it's possible there would be other consequences, but perhaps more likely the old/new spouse just couldn't be sponsored.

If you divorced him to make your PR application "smoother", don't do it. It could be considered as a marriage/divorce of convenience and IRCC could ban you/your spouse and even revoke your PR/citizenship (more rare case).

If it's "points" related, you could add your spouse as non-accompanying and apply to sponsor later. I think that' won't affect your "points".
If it's medical or criminal record related, there is not much you can do. (look into talking to an immigration lawyer if it's criminal record related.)
Do not try to game the system.

Based on the question in your other post, you're looking to commit misrepresentation in order to get PR. This isn't going to work.

Just saw OP's other post. So that's a fake divorce for sure. She still call him her husband. And hopefully, it's because she hasn't started to act on the immigration fraud.

So if they don't get divorced when OP apply for PR, her PR application wouldn't be approved because he has kidney failure.

Sorry, this is really obvious. IRCC for sure can find out.
If OP really do decide to leave her husband, it needs to be a genuine break down of relationship.
Arrange care for him in home country and leave him OR go back and stay with him.

I don't think remarrying will work. It may even cause OP her PR and may result in ban and record that will affect visa for other countries in the future.
