Relocating while in express entry process

Hey guys , I have few queries please guide.
I am moving from US to India in October for good , employer will also change. I will be joining new employer in the month of November.
My express entry application was submitted , medical just passed yesterday and I have scheduled biometric in US only ,just a day before my flight to India.

Now I need understanding of what all do I need to take care in terms of informing ircc about these changes.
1. How do I inform ircc about change in phone number , address , employment end with current employer and start of employer with new employer ?
2. Is it fine if I do biometric just before leaving US ? Do I need to do it again in India ?
3. I have already submitted PCC for US and India. Do I need to apply for these again and submit ? Looking for guidance please help. Thank you in advance.

I was in the same stage, but after changing all my personal details, I haven't heard anything from them so assume that it's fine.
1. yeah raise a webform and dot points all the changes
2. it's fine to do it in the US, they don't really care about where you do it, it's all on the online system anyway
3. I don't think so. Don't do it for now, if they need them, they can ask you later
