Hi, I am new here. I need advice. Someone from Canada Immigration Services made a phone call interview but was using +370 number which is Lithuania. And he says that the fee that I had to pay for the service that he's gonna do for our Application is €6,000 plus €790 processing fee. He says his name is Karl Bennett. Now I'm not sure he is what he says he is because he doesn't speak in English fluently. Is the fee legit. He says he is going to call again tomorrow and I have to make sure to pay so we could start the process of our application. Thanks.

Scam! There's no official body of Canadian govt that's called "Canada Immigration Services" - we have IRCC. The fees to apply for PR or any other visa is never that huge.
Oh thank you. Oh my God. My husband was ready to give payment today but I said tomorrow because I can smell something is quite not right with the he wanted the payment today.
Thank you. I knew it. I just had to make sure 100% that he is scamming us. So I know what to say when he give a call again tomorrow.
I wouldn't even bother to answer the call. If ever in doubt, you can go to IRCC's website to confirm fees and processes.
