Hi, I am from Pakistan and in Canada on wx-1 Worker visa under Artist/Clergy for doing worship assignments in a church in Toronto. Now the church wants to offer me the job.
1. Can I apply under LMIA - exempt category for Religious or Charitable Work ?
2. What kind of minimum renumeration the church should pay for justifying my paid full time Job at church?
(As far as I have seen the description for NOC B 4217 Religious Occupation code, my title comes under Church Worker)
3. Can this employer specific one year full time work experience can gain my points for applying for my PR after one year in Express Entry?
(For your information, my IELTS is 7.5 but it is expiring soon, I can give that again, age is 27 years, and I have bachelors Degree (4 years degree), along with 2 years of religious experience in my home country - So all together the experience can b 2 years in home country and 1 year (Lima - exempt visa) experience = 3 years)
4. The church is not that rich but the partners and donors are willing to have me work for the church. Although the church will be responsible for monetary stipend support, can church add their donor details as a reference of support?
5. As am suitable for their job offer as they can't afford to hire a person in Canada at this lower age of that skill and I am also willing to work full time in less salary, since NOC B median salary for Religious worker is ~19$ an hour, They are willing to pay me 13$ an hour as an stipend ( approx $1560 a month Monetary support - it includes the support for housing, meals etc)
