Reliability of onsultanacy from India

Recently, I got email from one of the consultancy in India saying that they will arrange permanent visa with permanent job for CA$ 7400 under FSW program.
I wanna know whether the way of getting job through such agency will be reliable? If not, could you tell me the alternative options?

I am ready to provide all the necessary details.

Any company which charges such a high fee for arranging a visa shouldn't be trusted. It's actually illegal in Canada to charge a fee in exchange for a permanent job. You should be very concerned this is a scam. At a minimum, this is not a reputable agent.
