You or your spouse's paternal or maternal uncle or aunt (1st blood or related by second marriage of your grandfather/mother, i.e step uncle/aunt) who is Canadian PR/Citizen.
You will receive 5 adaptability points towards minimum entry criteria (MEC) 67 points if you have this option. No CRS point is available by this option. Only Canadian PR/Citizen siblings can add 15 CRS points.
Can the same apply for my Step Uncle (Step Mother's brother) who is a Canadian PR/Citizen? If i prove the relationship by showing my father's marriage certificate?
