Relatively unusual delays for PNPs processed at Ottawa

I am sure the PNP applicants stuck in Ottawa would exactly understand what this subject title means.

I understand we should wait for 6 months. I am not complaining about people who are getting it in 2-3 months either.

My questions are:

How many months after AOR could we expect a PPR for PNPs processed at Ottawa?
Would Ottawa VO prioritize PNPs as they used to before?
How else could we stay more informed other than GCMS notes?

It looks very weird to delay PNP's. Hope officers are not waiting for confirmation from respective province to valisate the nomination certificate. If this is the case then ontario office will be the last one to reply

Anyways, will have to wait and watch. This is frustrating.
