I wrongly used my 1st cousin as my sibling. Withour the 15 ponits i still meet the mimimum entry requirement. Now i have PNP and also got ITA.
Can i write a LOE that I don't want to claim the 15 point anymore since i realise my mistake and still meet entry requirement at 362 and with PNP at 941? Or i should decline?

Do you get 67 under FWS eligibility check after removing 5 points which you claimed for cousin?
If yes, you can mention in LOE else your file will be rejected once you apply.

Then you can mention this in LOE. Purely depends on Visa Officer to take the final decision.
By the way, How could you consider a cousin as blood relation?
