Relative in Canada

I am a graduate of Business Administration in France and Vietnam origin. I have been wanting to immigrate to Canada and I wonder if my relative in Ontario can help increase my CRS score or help with the Ontario provincial nominee program or how my relative can help me in general.

Since your BBA is in France, you may have good knowledge of French. And if you have also good English, you may be elegible under Ontario Program known as French Speaking Skilled Worker stream.

About your relative, you add points (for CRS score) only if it is a sibling. Although, it is still a valuable aspect to proof your intention to reside in Ontario.
