Hi I have relative in Canada i.e. My mother's sister's son (above 18 years). But unfortunately my mother's sister is no more (long back).... So can't show her passport. So can I show her son as my cousin? What proof will they ask for? Anybody can please help me....

If you're trying to get 5 points under the eligibility criteria for the FSW program having a cousin won't add any points.

So you didn't bother looking at the link?

"Relatives in Canada
You, or, if it applies, your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative, either a

parent,
grandparent,
child,
grandchild,
child of a parent (sibling),
child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle), or
grandchild of a parent (niece or nephew), who is
living in Canada
18 years or older and
a Canadian citizen or permanent resident."

Thanks a lot . But I think earlier there were 5 points under FSW.

As was already explained, cousins don't count as relatives. You don't qualify for these points.
