Dear All,

I have a query relating to relatives in Canada, my sister and one of my aunt (mother's sister) lives in Canada (Canadian PR and passport respectively). We have no contact with them due to family reasons and neither they will acknowledge/confirm anything if in case CIC contacts them.

Currently, I am filling EE profile and what shall I answer for relatives in Canada - as YES or NO?

If I answer yes, I will not be able to provide any documents confirming the relation.

If I answer no, wouldn't that be concealment of information that I am not true in the declaration?

That is a very interesting question.
It's true that if you tick yes and don't upload necessary documents, it's possible your application may be rejected from what I understand, as the system will give you points for that.
If you click No, it's not misrepresentation as long as you find a way to disclose it.
In my opinion, try to contact them and show proof of communication attempts in LOE, and say you don't have any contact with them.
But I would probably get in touch with an immigration lawyer/consultant/agent to find the best solution, as it's always at the discretion of the visa officer in these kind of situations.
Cheers.
