Hi,

I have submitted my Canada express entry profile I am in the pool now. I have my brother in Canada moved recently who has got his PR card already. However, he is staying at somebody's place and he doesn't have the electricity bill IN HIS NAME.

While filling our EE profile I read that, the relative should have PR card and electricity bill in his name. Hence I skipped it.

Just want to know if the electricity bill in HIS OWN name is mandatory? If not, I can claim 15 more points and my CRS score will improve considerably.

Any inputs, please.

Thank You.

There are other ways to prove his residence. An active bank account with regular recent transactions, mobile phone bills, etc
