Relationship Reference Letter

Hi all

I’m sponsoring my common law partner for permanent residency. On the form it says we can include character reference letters from friends/family that legitimizes our relationship.

Does anyone have a blueprint or a good online example they found in terms of how immigration wants the letter to look like.
