Hi Everyone

New to this forum so not sure if I have posted this in the correct topic area, just a question regarding relationship status when applying for express entry , I am currently engaged to a lady who is applying for express entry and if she is successful then I would like to join her in Canada, what is the best way to fill the application as I have heard that if you misrepresent information then they can withdraw your visa even after moving to Canada.

Has anyone had the same experience as this, any information or advice would be helpful. Thnak you in advance.

She needs to include you in the application if you are married or common law (common law means you have lived together for a minimum of one full year). If you are not married or common law now, but you become married or common law at any time during the processing of the application before she lands in Canada and becomes a PR, then she must add you to her application. It's pretty straight forward.
