Related to Red seal certification

Hi, I am having one year experience as a sales supervisor and I want to apply under express entry stream, if I can take red seal certification in either baker or cook , can I get 50 points in my profile or not.
because I am having doubt that Red seal certificate is giving points only to those who want to apply under skilled trade.
please help me in this manner.

So you meet the requirements for the provincial standard to be a baker. Ontario, as an example, is attached.
