Rejection of my application

Dear Friends,

Does anyone knows what is the procedure if my file has been rejected by CIC at the last stage due to one document missing ?
this is after receiving ITA from CIC and sending my file .
Does that means I lost the 600 point as well from Ontario and I need to apply from scratch ?

You can create a new profile and ask OINP to transfer 600 points to new profile.

But do you have any idea how can I contact Ontario to transfer the 600 point after creating the new file ?

Look for a contact email on their website or in your nomination letter and e sure to quote your file number for OINP as well as you nomination certificate number

and how many rejection allowed and create a new file , as when they reject they mentioned that there might be more reasons than what they mentioned but we didn't review all of your documents ?

If you check your nomination certificate, there is an expiry date for the nomination. After that, you can't use it anymore.
 
Also important to keep in mind the reason for rejection. You said one document, well, it does not seem bad, but if your nomination dependent on that what one document CIC will request it again and you need to have it.

Also make sure you lise this refusal in Scheduale A.
 
Actually the missing doc is my new baby passport copy as we submitted our documents before we get his passport (born at the deadline of submission ) but we put in stead his birth certificate and explanation letter , now we will apply again with passport copy .

^ That was a pretty draconian CIC officer. :(

So OINP was able to transfer the nomination to your new profile?
 
Just a quick one - how long is the Ontario nomination certificate valid for?
6 months from it's issue date?
