Rejection of case due to experience certificates

Could you please clarify what exactly you imply under "experience certificates"? You mean reference letters?

Yes, in fact this is one of the most common reasons why applications might be rejected in early stages.

yes my mean to say Reference Letters. Will they check the authenticity of these documents at earliest stages, I am asking this question cos one of my friend told me that "the final determination upon your reference letter is fully at the discretion of the visa officer at all times even if I feel that your reference letter is adequate, it may or may not be agreed by the visa officer and vise versa.".

Of course CIO will check the authencity of the entire package, and VO will do the same later on. And of course the decision is fully at the discretion of CIC officer at any stage. These are the rules of this game.
