Hi
Back in 2014
I was refused from AUS for study permit bcz of misrepresentation
And i was banned for 5 years

Now do i need to tell this in my Canadian PR ?
Or should i tell the truth ?

Will it have any negative impact on my Canadian PR filing process ?

Failure to not mentioning it will be a misrepresentation in your Canadian PR application as well. Write everything truthfully. It shouldn't impact your PR application as long as you mention each and everything truthfully. Your application will probably go through some additional background checks though.

Yes you should tell the truth!! Even if you hide it they will find out and you will probably get banned again for misrepresentation. So be honest and explain everything!!

I don't think it will impact your PR but your processing time will probably be longer :)

Yo
I will definitely share
Dun wanna get a ban again

Bcz now nothing will be misrepresented
u won't get a ban on your Canadian application for sure as long as you are 100% truthful...
As someone mentioned above...expect a delay of upto an year for PR....
