i just got a news from my friend, his application was rejected,
she work in a bank..they gave the reason is your job is not good enough, your wage is not high enough as your position.
his annual pay is $34000 before tax
have you heard this situation before,

CEC is only for NOC 0, A & B. It is possible that the job your friend was doing was actually an NOC C code? When did they apply? Being able to see the letter would probably help.

Indeed! If you post the contents of the rejection letter (minus personal information), we'll be able to give you a better idea of what the reasons were.
 
The rejection cannot be simply for the salary not good enough. It cannot be a standalone consideration.
But very much possible if the VO is not convinced that the NOC skill code that you claim to have gained experience is not evidenced by the matching salary.
 
One cannot claim to be a Senior IT Consultant and show up $15/hour as the salary :)

Kindly provide the e-mail/ letter received by CIC saying the reason why rejection. It will help to view the situation better.
 
which position your friend had with a bank?
I have so many friends work for banks and they were fine..
Did your friend get rejected before ME?
